- Send your card to us — We’ll securely transfer the chip and details, customize your card, and courier it back to you. Pickup is arranged once you place your order.
- Do it at home — You can choose our DIY option and complete the chip transfer yourself using our easy step-by-step tutorial.
How does customization work?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a shipping label to send us your card (if you choose the in-house option). Our skilled craftsmen then apply your selected design using precision laser engraving. Your customized card is shipped back within 5–7 business days.
Will this affect my card’s functionality?
Not at all. Our laser engraving process is completely non-invasive. Your chip, magnetic stripe, and contactless (tap-to-pay) features remain fully functional. Every card is tested before dispatch.
Can I customize the design?
Yes! You can choose from our premium pre-designed templates or request a fully custom design. Just share your idea with us, and our team will bring it to life.
Is it safe to send my card?
Absolutely. Your card is handled only by trained professionals following strict security protocols. We never capture or store sensitive details. All shipments are done via secure, trackable couriers with tamper-proof packaging. In the unlikely event that the card chip is damaged during the transfer process, WrapCart will reimburse ₹200 towards bank charges for issuing a new card, which can then be sent to us again. We strongly recommend hiding the CVV, blocking the card, or securely packing it before shipping to avoid any misuse. Once the card reaches us, we ensure that no data is misused; however, WrapCart is not responsible for any mishap that may occur during transit.
You also have the option to complete the process at home if you prefer not to send your card.
